Golden Palo Santo

Palo Santo, which means “holy wood” or “wood of the saints”, is a mystical tree that grows on the coast of South America and is related to Frankincense, Myrrh, and Copal.

Burning these sticks is a sacred practice used by Indigenous communities of the Andes to cleanse their space and ward off evil spirits. This practice is called smudging – a spiritual practice where you clear your energy fields using a piece of burning Palo Santo or a herb bundle, such as white sage.

ABOUT OUR PALO SANTO

Tribe Earth Palo Santo comes direct from Northern Peru sustainably harvested with a forestry diary.

It comes from 4 year + fallen branches and is the product of a long term relationship that Tribe Earth has had with their Peruvian Palo Santo friends.

Golden Palo Santo is the rarest and most prized Palo Santo and has a wonderful blend of dark wood (which contains most of the essential oils) and light wood (which helps with flammability).
